Prime Paving update -Chuck Lloyd

I can’t believe that March is almost gone. After fighting the winter weather for the last three months, we are finally getting some paving done.
Just a note about 2011. We finished the year off with a bang by completing the paving of a big truck terminal for the Quaker Oats division of Pepsico located on Fulton Industrial Blvd. This $500K plus job helped us end an otherwise slow year on a positive note.
We just completed a parking lot expansion project for the Atlanta Area School for the Deaf. We worked with our good customer Lusk & Company on this project.  We worked together with them earlier this year on a parking deck project for Emory Healthcare at their Wesley Woods Rehabilitation Center.
We are currently working on the construction of the parking lot for a new LDS Church located in Summerville, South Carolina. The good people at the LDS Church have been a great customer and we highly value our relationship with them.  We completed several repair and maintenance projects last year and look forward to the opportunity to work with them this year on their upcoming projects.
We have several projects upcoming with Westrec Marinas at their Holiday on Lake Lanier Marina and Allatoona Landing Marina in Cartersville. We begin work at Allatoona on Monday.
Having survived a sluggish housing and construction market in the Atlanta area for the last two years, it finally appears that things are picking up and we are getting busy. We look forward to a great 2012 as we fill our schedule with paving work from our many loyal customers. We sincerely appreciate every one of our customers and strive to earn their respect and repeat business.
